I’d like to personally thank each and every one of you for your patience as we integrated our critical system upgrades.

I understand that life is moving faster than ever. Keeping up with your needs and the pace of your life is one of our top priorities. In fact, we do our best to stay one step ahead. To keep up, we need to stay ahead with the latest in our technology.

These are the driving factors when we make decisions on internal and back end operations. They are carefully planned and executed to ensure the least amount of disruption to our service as possible.

I would also like to thank our incredibly dedicated and talented staff for going above and beyond to make this conversion happen – before, during and after completion. Over the years I have seen many monumental changes and advancements at the credit union. This was a complex undertaking and I could not have been more proud of my entire team for working together to make it all come together.
